Create something…

  1. Branded
  2. Easy on the eye
  3. Doesn’t “feel” like a spreadsheet

Rules for simple spreadsheets:

  1. Get rid of gridlines
  2. Anything outside of the end of the column we delete or don’t show.
  3. “Footer” on the end and logo on bottom right-hand side
  4. #152451 (Dark Blue, White Type, KO logo). The font size for the footer is Montserrat 10.

  1. Headers in Bright Blue (#00aeef) and the font is Monsterrat 13.
  2. Examples in Grey (#dcdee0) and the font is Montserrat 10.
  3. Create space for client’s entries, but “end” the entries so they don’t go on “forever”. There are exactly 26 rows for each spreadsheet (with rows 3 to 25 open for data input from clients/users).
  4. Put in Horizontal Lines only (second white from right – “light grey 3”

 Rules for Interactive Spreadsheets (conditional formatting):

  1. Header for the Sheet (if not part of the data, like in example below) should be in bold and dark blue #152451. Font-size 18, Montserat and Centered. Orange Scaletime Logo on the upper left
  2. Data/font in Montserat for the whole sheet.
  3. Header for the data in Teal Blue #00aeef, do not bold (see example)
  4. Chopping off columns/rows and take off gridlines (unless it’s a table that needs separation between columns (Light grey 3)
  5. “Footer” on the end and logo on bottom right hand side
  6. #152451 (Dark Blue, White Type, KO logo)
  7. Utlize white font in bold when it’s againsts a dark purple, Teal or orange
  8. If single #’s or 1-word answers, center all of the data in the columns/rows
  9. Colors: Purple – #92278f Orange – #f58025 Teal – #009391 Blue – #00aeef Grey – #dcdee0

Rules for Financial Data Spreadsheets:

Numbers-focused spreadsheets – Financial information etc.

  1. Block off columns and rows
  2. Make sure logo at top right is new logo and orange
  3. Specific title (18 montseratt in dark blue and centered (clean)
  4. Financial Data in Teal – Subtotals in Green – Grand total in Orange
  5. Light Teal in used in specific sections .
