  • Incorporate the Values and Tone into all content, copy, website, video, and blogs to ensure a consistent message on all touch points.
  • Claim the USP. ScaleTime is about infrastructure and process engineering. It is not merely a system to get new clients.
  • Keep it real. Speak with authority and empathy to show that you know what it’s like to walk a mile in the clients’ shoes. Don’t lose the edge and passion though!
